Welcome to our web site, which contains details of many items from our latest coin, medal, and token lists.

The latest update contains details of our Medal List 63.

We are told that we may open again to callers from April 18th, after Easter. Already too we are hearing of definite dates for coin fairs in London, Birmingham and York; hopefully too  European fairs will also be on again (although Brexit and Customs/Visa formalities are making such trips much more problematic).

This list is a somewhat abridged version of previous English coin lists, in that we have left off many of the lower-priced coins (ie mostly priced at under £10); we still have large stocks of these types of coins, and can probably supply you with many lower grade 20th century and earlier coins (if you wish to send us a wants list, we will let you know what we have).   Also we have added our listing of the English banknotes that we have in stock  at the moment.  And a comprehensive book list of new and slightly-used titles.

It has been difficult this past year to replenish our stocks – no fairs anywhere in the world, no travel, and most numismatic shops closed to visitors; but things are looking up, and we expect to be able to issue bigger and better lists in the future, as we are able to welcome sellers (and buyers) to our shop, and can travel to see what is on offer at Fairs here and overseas.

We still have an exclusive book available, The Chinese Labour Corps by Gregory James

Banknote collectors please note that (when they restart and things get back to some sort of normality) we attend many shows, both in the UK and abroad, and we get to see a great deal of material, much of which we buy and sell before it ever reaches our listings; we are always pleased to receive your wants list, which we will attend to on a ‘no-obligation’ basis; ie just because we may have located a note you are seeking, you are not duty bound to buy it; equally we don’t jack the price up because we know you need it !!

Medal collectors please note that we have in stock the useful RYKER cases – in 2 sizes : A3 and A4. (You see most dealers using them for display). Priced as before - £12 and £7.50 respectively, even though they are priced to us in US $ ! Because the lids are glass, we post these out via Insured Registered post, thus incurring an extra £6 per order.

We are very careful to keep all our records confidential; no-one else has access to our name and address database, and we hope this way to send the correct list(s) to the right collector; it is a waste of resources to send you the wrong list, if you do not collect what’s listed in it.

We are, as always, happy to receive your wants lists , and we may well have just what you’re after. As there is usually only one item per description, it would help if you could state any alternatives that would be acceptable, if your first choice has gone; otherwise, please telephone me with details of those items you wish to order - they will be reserved for you for three days, to allow your payment to arrive.
